The Service Centre is an actual Contact Centre. It is an advanced call centre that integrates telecommunication features with information systems. This adds other tools and communications channels to telephony, such as: fax, e-mail, web, SMS, APPs, social networks.
For some time, the Service Centre activated new and innovative automatic procedures by means of the INSTALLER SMS and specific APPs.
These procedures minimise the activities of installers and, in the meantime, provide total traceability of fulfilled operations.
The Service Centre must be understood as a new way of managing contacts and relationships with customers, following a wider strategic and project view turned to distinguish a customer-oriented culture.
The Service Centre follows a new approach focused on increasing the quality and quantity of the services delivered by actively involving customers only in the most specific activities to free them from the ordinary management and develop customisation of services.
Our Service Centre integrates the inputs collected at the front office and the service delivery methods with the back-office internal processes. This overturns the traditional concept of organisation design in favour of a model that starts from the user to redefine the internal organisation in favour of a service.
